Atlanta Freedom Bands (AFB), an all volunteer, community organization, is seeking a music director to promote its 4-part mission:

• to represent the Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender (GLBT) community in a positive light,

• to promote acceptance through visibility,

• to foster creative musical expression and,

• to provide outstanding entertainment.

Qualified candidates should have a background in conducting with preference to individuals with concert and marching band experience. In addition, the applicant should have excellent

leadership and communication skills.
